Dr. Walgren’s philosophy in caring for our patients is a team approach…we will work together with you to find the best solution for your particular dental concerns.  This philosophy also applies to our financial policy.  We strive to work with you to make the financial aspect of your dental care convenient and affordable and we do not want cost to be a barrier to dental health.  

Today in our world of rising prices we are trying to keep our fee increases to a minimum by implementing clear and exact payment policies and arrangements.  This will help to reduce our overhead, thus passing the savings along to our patients.

Insurance

It is our pleasure to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefit by completing and filing your claim forms for you. Our goal is to assist you in obtaining your insurance benefits as expeditiously as possible; therefore, we ask you to help us achieve that goal by providing us with your most current insurance information and we will submit your claims within 24 hours of treatment.  The range of benefits depends solely on what plan your employer chooses to purchase.  The financial obligation for dental treatment is between you and our office.  The insurance company is responsible to you, and not to our office.  We will assist you in any way that we can; however, since your insurance company reimburses you, we do ask for payment at the time of service.
